I don't want to apply any more because of the rudeness of the staff !!! 10/31/20 (17:10). The "lady" was working, who was soooo rude that she just ruined the mood for the whole evening! I already regretted that I just asked if they were doing a certain service or not.

Good afternoon. I rarely write reviews. But I decided to share my experience with someone. I handed over outerwear to this dry-cleaner earlier and the quality of cleaning suited me. But the last experience was sad. My cat, which is 10 months old, started walking for the first time. And write in the corners. And considering that the curtains hit the floor and they got it. The curtains are heavy and voluminous. I washed one in the typewriter. Everything was washed off perfectly. But since there were 8 pieces of curtains, I decided it would be easier to dry clean. The cost of 15k did not make me very happy. But I love myself more so I decided to give it to work. The order was completed quickly. Everything is beautifully packaged. But when I started to get them at home, from below wherever the cat had marked stains were clearly visible and the smell from cleaning products mixed with urine was also pronounced. Having called back and asked to redo the work, they told me that they did everything they could and could not help me anymore. I wash the curtains at home in a typewriter. The stains and smell are gone. But the only question is what did I pay for ???

She brought her fur vest to clean. I only trust Unmomento, with them my things are safe) After cleaning, the fur became fluffier and softer, and with a natural shine. Additionally, the flesh was impregnated with special means so that it did not dry out. I liked the result)

I have been using Unmomento services for many years. Excellent dry cleaning! The prices are affordable, and the quality of cleaning is always top notch. I took my sheepskin coat a couple of days ago. After cleaning, I look much better. All the stains, even the old ones, are gone, the fur collar has become soft and shiny, and even the sheepskin coat has been saturated with a special agent so that it does not crack and dry out. Wonderful result!
