The store is very ruined. Many people talk about this. They wanted to buy the first rollers for the child .. The seller did not jump up, did not help the baby to put on shoes, absolutely did not give advice. We turned for help and advice to the girl, the second seller, she said that she was busy with the cashier. True, there were no people at the checkout ... they didn't buy anything, as they felt embittered and unprofessional service.

The buyer also did not expect that he was in the “right place” and did not immediately take the seller seriously. But with each request of the buyer, he was surprised at the professionalism of the seller and the pleasant prices, which were better "than on the Internet." By the end of this “battle”, I already forgot why I came and just with pleasure watched how the client who had originally come for some small things. Gratefully left the store, having bought a new bike and a number of not simple accessories to it.

A wide selection of bicycles and accessories. There is a bicycle service, they work quickly and efficiently. But the behavior of the guys from the service workshop spoiled the impression - it would not hurt to be a little more gracious towards the customers. It is stupid to ignore questions, and freezing is very cool. Well at least guys sales consultants are responsive
