They promise me that yes, there will be the penultimate seat at the driver's side window (note, this is no longer a technical glitch on the site), this is a person who receives an incoming call from a client whose flight was canceled through no fault of his, and he was not even called! I incur additional expenses for extension of housing for a few more days and others and so on. There is a bus station and a bus station at the address indicated in the message. I paid for the flight in advance, it was not my fault that the cancellation was made, YOU offer me a transfer, I agree, because everything has been paid for, he has additional expenses, the only thing I ask for is a seat from the driver's side, do you promise what? And then there was a general mockery. Of the 14 hours of the flight, the first stop was SIX hours later, in which the passengers were, of course, unhappy, and if you also take into account that we stopped on the highway and sat in a hot bus with the air conditioning turned off and waited for the driver to choose melons-watermelons, then the answer is driver to our "make stops more than once every 6 o'clock, there are children, pregnant ...", we received the answer 'stops are not included in my schedule, I have a schedule. "Seriously? So melons-watermelons are registered in the route sheet, and sanitary no stop? The air conditioner is turned off, from behind you can simply die from the heat and the inability to breathe, then, when you are all wet, the air conditioner suddenly turns on to the maximum, and we played 14 hours of the game "dress and undress". I think that half of the passengers on the flight on which I was traveling back, alas, will never turn to this particular passenger transportation company again.

FULL RESPONSIBILITY !!!!!!!!!!!! WHEN CALLING WITH THE DISPATCHER IN THE MORNING THE FLIGHT SHOULD BE KIEV - STANITSA LUGANSKAYA !! BUT !!!!!! STANDING 1:30 IN THE FROST IN POLTAVA (ATL) HOW IT WAS NOT A BUS, even though in the morning I was told that everything was all right !! NO ONE ANSWERED TO THE NUMBER OF THE HOT LINE, CALLED FROM DIFFERENT NUMBERS !! No answer, no hello !! Everything for the client !! Continue in the same direction and you will succeed !! Well done !!! In general I DO NOT RECOMMEND this sharaga to people who respect themselves and their time !!

Last year we traveled by your buses, and this year we decided not to change traditions, and did not regret it a bit. We drove from Kharkov to Berdyansk, the bus was a double-decker blue, the children were delighted, the cabin was clean, the air conditioners worked. was important).
