We went from Berdyansk to Kharkov with your company. Big white bus 4310, I liked it very much. The seats are comfortable and most importantly, the air conditioner worked. Nowadays, carriers use old buses for trips to the seas and this is very unpleasant, but your bus is clear that it is new, as the TV also works with a refrigerator and wifi. Thanks for the comfort!

When buying a ticket, the question was stipulated that the toilet works in the bus, since the trip with children is 11 hours, in fact the toilet does not work, to call the office, why do you submit false information-answer, you were told that there is a toilet, but that nobody should have promised that it should work. So the trip is obtained to the Iron Port with stops not on demand, but at the request of the driver. Unfortunately purchased tickets in two directions. It would be possible not to put stars, in general, they would not have put one.

Liked a trip to Kirillovka in 2019. Initially, the girls in the office said that we would ride the Sprinter, but still they submitted a large white-blue bus for the flight. Although it was complete, but no one interfered with each other, that is, the legs did not rest and the seats (even when cloaked) did not interfere. By the way, a special thank you for the air conditioning that you did not deceive and it really worked. In 2018, just another carrier promised that the buses on his site are such and in reality, but in the end some kind of pimped 80 arrived. The score is high from me and there are no comments. This year I hope for a discount from you! )))
