This is that kind of service where you can be sure that it would be late each time! Even for a couple of weeks and there always be valid reason why it's so.

I have used the services of this dry cleaning for years, but now I will never use it and I do not advise you. At some point, orders began to be delayed, sometimes they washed clothes of poor quality, cleaned clothes, but this was not essential for me. But the last thing that happened was that my coat was ruined, which they themselves had not cleaned for the first time. After cleaning, the coat gave a very serious shrinkage. So much so that you can no longer wear it, completely unusable. There was zero reaction to my complaints. They completely ignored it, did not compensate the damage in any way, did not return the cost of cleaning. The manager didn't even call me back. I do not recommend anyone to contact this dry cleaner, ever. Let more worthy competitors take the place of this dry cleaner. Owners of dry cleaning, with such management you yourself killed your business.

Boorish staff, no terminal. Nobody pays attention to you when you come. In the 21st century, one should probably warn about the inability to pay by card! Customer focus is zero, I will never use services again.

I wanted to clean my suede jacket. They said you have to wait 3-4 months! 4 months people! Why do we need such a service, which is provided in 3-4 months? !! And what, suede products need to be cleaned 120 days? For a couple of weeks, they can’t clean themselves out ??? The strong impression is that this "factory" is fabricated! And it is only intermediaries who profit from people and hang noodles on their ears! In general, the score is a full 0!

I handed over a dry-padded coat to Delicat drycoat (I paid it by the way right away, and not upon receipt) because there was an order for sweat, I returned it after dry-cleaning with the same smell) somehow when I picked it up near the counter, the girl carried it on a trempel in a cellophane cover : "Check it out!" I looked so visually, like all the rules, it didn’t even occur to me that I had to sniff things after dry cleaning, and then when I arrived home and decided to go out for a walk in my favorite jacket in the evening after dry cleaning, I realized how “cool” Delicatessen was! Advice for the future, when you hand over things to a dry-cleaner, never pay right away, only when you get a thing back when you inspect and sniff it all)
