I share my impressions of the store. Usually on the Internet I shop through an outlet, but not this time. I was actually looking for gloves three or three, it turned out that there are not many stores in Ukraine where you can find this world-famous brand. This is where my acquaintance with the Broken rim began. So, to be honest, what I liked: 1. Smart convenience store from your phone. 2. Quick contact of the manager and dispatch on the day of the order (received on the next one to the NP). 3. We were pleasantly surprised by the discounts. 4. I ordered tld gloves (they are in the photo), they fit like cast, the quality is clearly not China. So offset. 5. Large selection of branded cycling protection and clothing. Cons: 1. In fact, not all goods are in stock, most of them offer for shipment in a few days. I recommend the store, especially pay attention to the discount system - I was personally pleasantly surprised

Service is beyond praise, very pleasant and helpful staff. An indicative case was when the entire store remained for half an hour after closing, because the mechanic did not have time to finish the repair, despite the fact that I came half an hour before closing. (We thought there were 15 minutes of work, it turned out differently). I was really embarrassed. True, about the workshop - not everything is unambiguous, there are shoals due to inattention, both with me and with friends, but with such an attitude - you forgive everything.

Great store for real cyclists. There are not only bicycles, but also everything you need for hiking or outdoor activities. Friendly staff. Professional advice.
