In the village of Medvezhye, Vinnytsia region, district administration officials staged a grand opening of the toilet in a rural school. The event received the attention of the chairman of the RSA Mikhail Demchenko, the chairman of the district council Sergei Sitarsky and others. The leaders of the RSA came in suits and cut the blue-yellow ribbon at the entrance to the toilet. The restored restroom was even dressed up with colored balls.
