After I took the car out of service, on the way back I found a cut on the steering wheel, immediately dialed a service where the inspector named Alexander immediately tried to convince me that it was impossible that it was done in their service, realizing that it was useless to talk to the receiver, he contacted the service manager for named Vyacheslav, who offered to throw him a photo of the damage and continue the conversation after 3 days, since I just had a record to them again. When he arrived at the dealer again, Vyacheslav immediately stated that they could not do this in any way, since no one contacted the steering wheel (the car was driven into the service and drove out by the service receiver), after which, to my question how then this could happen, Vyacheslav replied that I I'm trying to change the steering wheel of the car at the expense of the dealer !!! Then he offered to drive the car for service (since he had already arrived) and make a discount on work. In general, the attitude towards the client is simply disgusting, the receiver argued and provoked a conflict, although the head of the dealer tried to smooth the situation with a discount on service at the end, he flatly denied the responsibility of the employees and in the beginning behaved exactly like the receiver.

A good place to learn to drive a car and not be afraid to accidentally "buy a part" of someone else's car. I went to school to improve my skills, and my wife to stop being afraid of the car. For both purposes, this is a chic place. Moreover, it is free. You can study either in your car or in the car of an instructor.
