Kyiv City Rent

Had to do business with this guys, arrived at the airport in Borispol, they brought me a car I didn't agreed to, (later on I found out that this car was in an emergency situation but I was far from them already). They still charged me the same money for the different and cheaper class car, I had never received any apologies. The lies about everything, told me they were going to replace it with a car I had agreement on. Will never do business with them again. They sound really nice until you make agreement with them. Also they are very expensive compare to other rental companies in Kiev. Don't make a mistake! Don't rent with them!!!

Great service! Very loyal approach, the guys know how to listen to the client. When I fly to Kiev, I can be sure that I will be with the car. Prices are pleasing. Recommend!
