This is the first time I have used dry cleaning services and I am glad that my choice fell on this company. I was carrying a winter jacket with fur, a ski jacket and a shirt. We were offered to do eco-cleaning + it was for a promotion, for cleaning 3 of these things we paid about 1000 UAH, this is an excellent price + the quality of cleaning made me happy. The winter jacket looks as if it were from the store, all the stains have been erased, the shine has returned, the fur has been cleaned, nothing has deteriorated. Skiing in the same way, with a shirt, however, it did not work to wash, but this is our fault, we tried on our own and only aggravated the process + pulled for more than half a year with cleaning, already naturally everything was absorbed forever) We were warned in advance about this, we agreed to any the result. In general, we were very pleased. BUT there is one BUT - they made paid packages - 7 UAH - for such a level of dry cleaning - it's somehow not pleasant, not respectful to customers. In general, thank you for your service, in particular, two lovely women who spent a lot of time, helped us, explained, communicated politely :) Branch near Shevchenko Park :)

Eco cleaning of the jacket is awful !!!!!!!!! 1. The spots were on the sleeves and remained. 2. I handed over the jacket 23, promised 26, and gave out 28. 3. The employee tried to persuade that this is normal and the reason is the color of the jacket (it is very light), therefore, spots are visible. I was especially surprised by the phrase 'I look you are not very happy'. 4. I don’t have time for cleaning, I’m leaving the country too long to wait. 5. Yes, and the employee dissuaded from cleaning, they say it is harmful for the fabric, which is also very strange. If issued on the 26th, I would agree to cleanup, but I just didn't invest before leaving. Answer: that is, you want me to leave all my data in an open resource🤦🏽‍♀️ I doubt that many clients, under the name of Yan Gurin, handed over their jackets at the agricultural department on the 23rd and took them on the 28th.

I’m cleaning my outerwear in the dry cleaning of Kims, at the point of AgroUniversity. So far, everything is just perfect and the service is at a high level.
