Nice store, competent sellers, decent selection of parts in stock. Repeatedly stopped by what realties to buy on small things, there were always pleasant impressions. Oleg is a very competent craftsman, one of the oldest and most experienced in Cherkassy. But after the last visit, the impressions remained, to put it mildly, not very much. Brought a new rim and hub with a request to dial the wheel. We did it on after tomorrow, this is in principle approx. We put good spokes and assembled the wheel with high quality, there are no questions, but on the new rim there are kotski, not very large, of course it does not affect the speed. I discovered this already at home, did not go to find out, but the unpleasant sediment remained. I have no right not to add to the review, the administration contacted, clarified the nuances, asked for a photo. After they apologized and honestly offered solutions to the issue up to replacing the rim, thank you, I refused to replace it because I already ride and there is no particular sense, but I must pay tribute to the staff. People are decent and open, and occasional troubles happen to everyone. Thank you, I am very glad that there are decent people in our time.

I do not recommend categorically! The administrator communicates superficially. Here they did not help me with anything. As in bad dentistry, all healthy teeth are treated to earn more for you. And in another workshop they easily repaired my bike. And without rudeness!
