Gymnasium students have the opportunity to learn the basics of programming. Specialized free courses were launched at the school. Students of 7-11 and 5-6 grades work separately. Students in grades 5-6 attend classes every Saturday at 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. for different groups. They started the course by studying the Scratch environment. After mastering it, move on to a more complex Python programming language. Students 7-11 take 5 modules every Friday and program in Python. Classes last one hour. Courses take place in room 300, all willing high school students can join in programming. Borys Khovryak, a computer science teacher, conducts such training.
