When i went there, they only accept laundry by piece, i asked how much to wash a single T-shirt, it was 190 grivna!! This is bullish, even capitalist America didn't do it!!

The worst dry cleaning, I don't recommend it to anyone! They ruined my favorite eco-fur coat. 2 times we reworked our so-called “work”, left a huge hold on the lining, spots, and the fur began to climb terribly! The manual does not go out, the laws are not written to them. They do not want to compensate for anything. Do not waste your time and money, bypass this sharashkin office !!!

Everything is done meticulously and carefully. The silk thing did not lose its shape and was not damaged. I have no complaints about the masters.

October 20, 2019 A black cashmere coat (made in Italy ..) without stains (N 58850) ...... a week later they tried to return the coat all with white spots and stains to the reception center on Gen. Petrov street! They returned for cleaning from stains. That was instructed by the workers of your dry-cleaner ... and so for almost a month .... the epic with cleaning the coat ended with that. what we were forced to take coat (with white streaks) ... ruined your coat at your dry cleaner! And we forgot to tell us - "sorry for the spoiled thing" ...

Gave me a new milk coat, expensive, beautiful seams and good quality. In the end, they just ruined it for me. Instead of a beautiful, expensive look, the coat became a shabby thing with a gray tint and loose threads. So they didn't return the money for cleaning either 😂😂
