They filed a dirty car, I returned the same, nevertheless they recovered 300 UAH. for washing. In the act of delivery, the car did not fill out the return date when I drew attention to it and asked "will I write?" I was rudely answered that "this is my act and only I will write here." They did not give my copy of the act until I asked. Deposit / Franchise 10k UAH. Well, a car of 6 years ago with many defects on the body.
