She handed over a demi-season coat. The general pollution was removed, they did not touch small, non-fading spots (from slaps of dirt and coffee drips), referring to a possible discoloration and tissue damage. I didn’t argue, I just took it. At home I walked with a cotton swab with a means for cleaning textiles - it took everything in a minute. Lazy people!
