I gave my down jacket to this dry-cleaner, I will repeat it to the dry-cleaner, and not just to the wash (so I could wash it myself at home, or even better !!!) There was a stain on the sleeve that the receiver did not tell me about, how then it turned out that the person was not at all competent and could not even understand what kind of stain, it was a pen or fuel oil, it didn’t matter for her, she would just veiled, silently and in an illegible handwriting that you had stains “without a guarantee”, thus they would cheat themselves, because any contamination that they cannot remove, they will tell you that the check says that the stains are without a guarantee, what do you want? (Advice: never take such a check, be sure to ask the receiver to prescribe all these stains for which they cannot vouch, otherwise you will simply take your thing with stains). Already at home I found out that the down was knocked down, the down jacket was returned in a terrible state !!! The service is terrible, they constantly poked me, they spoke to me not respectfully, from a high level, they answered my questions sarcastically. At the time when I came to pick up my jacket, a conflict arose, because I did not receive high-quality services, I had to call the police, and while I was waiting for the police to arrive, the manager of this dry cleaner just turned around and went to smoke ... How could you leave a client and go to smoke ???
