Terribly!!! They ruined our carpet !!! They handed it over to clean, and they took it away in stains and shredded, even with the smell of rubber !!! I do not advise anyone to bring their carpets here !!

I handed over 2 carpets for washing (in fact there were 3 of them, but one, from the nursery, was simply divided into 2 parts). Now about the return of carpets. They call, "We will deliver carpets to you tomorrow at around 13.00, from 12 to 14", I say "I am not comfortable, I take the child from the kindergarten and go to bed", in response, "We will not be in your area at any other time." They brought carpets around 12, but there was no time to unpack and check them. In general, one carpet from the corridor did not attract much attention. They asked, however, to remove the odors from the urine of the animal - they seemed to have brought odorless. And the second carpet - from the nursery - seemed to have not been washed, all the stains remained ... despite the fact that there is a separate stain removal service and we talked about it when the carpet was cleaned. I am terribly disappointed with this service and do not recommend contacting it! Itself is no longer a foot!

Terribly. They handed over three carpets, the impression that they were simply taken away and brought. There were even pieces of paper left in the carpet (which the children made clippings), threads and long hair of all our daughters. People do not make my mistake, or pay extra or clean yourself, believe me the result will be better. Very disappointed !!! Unfortunately, very bad.

I took the carpet, it feels like no one cleaned it at all. I do not recommend using the services of this company.
