The cleaners arrived at the appointed time, without delay. They cleaned the apartment perfectly! The stove and the oven were rubbed to a shine, although the oven was covered in some small food debris, greasy stains, and so on. The countertops in the kitchen are like new, there are not a single drop of grease. The shower room also shone, there was no mold left in the corners, and no traces of fungus. And in general, the apartment freshened up. Thank you for such a quality work!

Thanks guys for tidying up my shoes! The weather was mega-negative on my suede boots. Not only does all the dirt and dust cling to the suede, so + white salt stains have been added to everything, which it is simply unrealistic to remove with ordinary store products without damaging the pile. He did not want to torture and finally "kill" his boots, so he decided to hand them over to Unmomento. I was very pleased with the work done) I handed it over through the courier, everything was agreed with me by phone, I also received the receipt on the phone, which is very convenient and as quickly as possible. I also received my shoes back through delivery. There are no complaints about the courier: he was not late, arrived on time as agreed, delivered to the apartment. The quality of cleaning is a gun! There are no traces of salt or dirt on the boots at all! The suede is not damaged anywhere, not rubbed, everything is super! Huge thanks and 5 stars from me!

I want to leave a negative review about the work of this company. I turned to them with a request to change 5 buttons on a new down jacket 12.222020. The amount to be paid turned out to be a rather big UAH 500, they promised to complete the work by 27.12 after the expiration of this time, no one informed about the readiness of the product. 6.01 I turned to them personally with a request to give the order to which they answered me - they have no information about the readiness, but within three days they will find out and send the order by courier for free. 01/10/2021 called to inquire about the readiness of the order. On the hotline they said the order is not ready, the master selects the buttons and the order will be ready soon. On 20.012021, I again turned to the Unmomento hotline and received an answer that the down jacket was not ready. If during the segolnenny day the issue is not resolved tomorrow I will write an application to the consumer protection service, since I have a receipt and documents for the order. It is better not to contact this company for any services, as the down jacket will not keep up by the summer.

Before the New Year holidays, I took out a winter parka (red) for cleaning, as a result of the "cleaning" I shaved the fur (the beige color turned pink) on the inside of the capichon and collar (it is not clear how the material can be lazy during "dry" cleaning :(!). And there were stains on the back of the capichon. Unfortunately, I found it only today, because I put on the parka for the first time after cleaning, at the moment when I took it away I was in a hurry and didn't pay attention. What is most offensive, I used, on the recommendation of a dry cleaning employee (since the color is very bright), a premium service - a more deliberate cleaning.

I was satisfied with the service. Repaired the shiny one on the jacket, completely replaced it with a new one. I liked the quality of work, as well as the deadline.
