Good day. I want to share a negative review of the dry cleaning of sneakers. The shoes needed to be cleaned, as they were worn in rainy weather and all the dirt in the photo and video "Before" is clearly visible. This procedure cost me 700 UAH and took a week. I consider the quality of cleaning to be disproportionately low in relation to the price. You can see the result in the photo and video "After". Only the laces were cleaned (and that is, places with stains where you can almost completely get rid of them by simply rubbing your finger). The biggest question is about suede. The feeling that she was simply rubbed with a brush. The sole is dirty. At the beginning, I thought that the stains had already eaten into the rubber, in fact, after wiping it with an ordinary damp cloth, some of them were gone. I do not quite understand how, after dry cleaning, the shoes can have such a condition. Extremely dissatisfied. Update: I took the shoes back to the dry cleaner to deal with the situation. I was offered a second cleaning to which I agreed. Within 5-6 days they called that you can pick up the sneakers. As a result, it turned out pretty good. Also the manager contacted me and explained the situation with the first clean one.

They clean it with high quality, especially winter clothes, just great. I have been using their services for several years.

On the recommendation and advice of a specialist, I handed over my down jacket to the water cleaning service, this is how I understood more gentle care. The result is excellent, everything is cleaned, the fluff is not lost, the down jacket looks gorgeous, the colors are not completely fade. In general, I like this dry cleaning.

Everyone did it well, but it’s extremely inconvenient to get to the department at Sikorsky 1a. You can enter the territory only if you have a key to enter the store, which is only available to residents of the LCD at this address. Otherwise, you need to wait for someone who will open the door with his key and then someone who will open the door to the exit. In my opinion, this feature of the department should be indicated in the list of departments on the dry cleaning website!
