I agree with the previous reviews. This is not a park, but a square more. I have it next to my office. It is very pleasant to walk at lunchtime. Fresh air and a bit of silence in the city. Green. Relatively quiet considering that there is a road nearby. There are many tourists with children and dogs. There is a playground and benches, although not many.
