I placed an order through the site, the goods were available on the site. No one called back more than a day in order to clarify the order. I typed myself. A store spokesman said he saw my order. (Question: why didn't you call me back then?). I looked for tires and said that they were not available. Thanks to Velomaximum store for wasting time. If I knew that the goods were not in stock, I would have managed to order the goods in another place and the goods would arrive by the weekend. I won’t appeal to the services of this store. 0 out of 5.

I bought a bicycle, phoned agreed on the time of the brand of bicycle. Arrived paid and left on a bicycle. Winner solid wrx cool led. I buy their third bike for my wife and daughter all without problems plus good gifts. I advise everyone.

I liked the choice of bicycles, but I couldn’t talk about the guarantee normally, after 3 months the bicycle broke and they start telling me that the warranty doesn’t apply. Extremely disgusting service. I liked the wide range on the site, looked at a couple of models, decided to go and make a purchase. The site indicated the time of work until 20:00. We arrived at 18:30, called to get us guidance where the check in to the store. The employee stated that there was no one on the spot, they had gone somewhere for business, and until 20:00 it’s their website that works (????). In response to our outrage heard a lot of mats and threats. As a result - lost time on the road, wasted gasoline and spoiled mood in vain. Found in the end where they are to make sure that there is no one there - a booth in the back streets among the stalls, the size of a cigarette stall. I wonder how it fits all the models presented on the site?
