These guys provide great service for that money. I had a trip Kharkiv-Kyiv-Odessa and was able to pick my friends up from Kyiv. Unfortunately, we realized that there were no space for baggage in our car and I called customer service to get bigger one. The car was delivered approximately in an hour which is amazing for Kyiv in rush hour. Moreover, that 2018 Suzuki was very clean in and out and I really enjoyed that car! In the end of the day they didn't charge me any extra fee! Good job guys, see you soon!

WARNING!!! This company is not serious. They make you clean the car after use, thats not why you rent a car. We cleaned the car exterior, and still they wanted to charge us for cleaning the inside because of a little sand on the car-mats. Time-consuming, SILLY and very annoying!!! They are looking meticulously for minor scratches in order to be able to hold the 400USD deposit. It feels like a big scam. On delivery, very nice staff, on return, very rude and looking for reasons to hold deposit. Feels like a SCAM. A "Hello, - how was your trip" "thank-you for renting our car" "where did you go" does not exist in their post-soviet grade of service. I have been 12 times to Ukraine and never has such bad service. Disgusting and very bad ending to a fantastic stay in southern Ukraine. I rented a car in Georgia, Narscar should go there and learn. AVOID!!!!!
