I recently rented a car from Budget Rent-a-Car in Kiev. Yuri was on duty when I arrived and he was extremely helpful, not only with the car renter transaction, but with recommendations and advise for the newly arrived traveler...and he was 'spot on' with each recommendation, which I followed to my satisfaction. Upon return, Denis was on duty and he was no less helpful. I rate this (somewhat hard to find) kiosk based rental center as top flight! George Long

Good day. Recently with friends decided to rent a car and drive around the city. Odessa is a beautiful city by the way. But this is not the point. The service is very satisfied. Prices: not expensive. You were delighted. If you are still thinking of ordering, or not, then the answer is obvious "Yes!".
