We bought a ticket a week before the appointed time, but failed to get into the museum. We arrived at our destination and were denied an excursion. the group did not gather, but no one warned in advance. They offered to postpone the date to the next day, but when we called back before leaving the house, we were told that there would be no excursion again. In short, be prepared for the fact that you may find out about the cancellation of the excursion being already at the destination and just waste your time. The impression was not the best, the organization is terrible and an irresponsible approach. It's good that at least the money was returned.
