Previously, we used carpet cleaning services, everything seemed to be fine. But the last time, alas ... Natural carpet was given for dry cleaning with an odorant. A few days later received back in the same condition! To our questions why the carpet looks and smells, as before their “cleaning”, we received the following answer from the guy who brought it: - he was vacuumed with a super vacuum cleaner, and if you want to clean it is more expensive. Sent back. Contacted the manager (he is also the director and owner), described the situation, to which he began to assure us: - we have only obligatory cleaning, they could not tell you that they just vacuumed! The carpet will not smell anything, even without perfume. He can send a photo and a form of washing our carpet (in the end, he later refused it himself). That they have odorless super zimi, etc. ... that they will now wash again and it will remain the same! And he continued to assure that the carpet was washed! For whom is this "master" holding people ?! The employee himself admitted that they did not wash the carpet, but only vacuumed it (although we ordered dry cleaning). We have previously seen washing carpets and know how they look and smell!)))) 100% carpet not washed! In the end, apparently this is the favorite phrase of the unfortunate directors: "I will return the carpet to you and goodbye!" ))))) I do not recommend, even categorically, contact them for any service! The director is not adequate, does not follow the words and does not answer! p.s. I ordered a dry cleaning service in another company, I’ll write about the result.

They gave the carpet to dry cleaning when they brought it in, it seems that they just vacuumed it and that's it! There was not even a hint that he was being cleaned. Small rubbish remained in the carpet and there was no smell of detergent at all. Strongly do not recommend!

I signed up for a dry cleaning on June 6, 2018, put in a queue as early as 28.06, promised to call back a day. I called 26 to clarify the time, 3 times we were able to confirm the order, 27 did not receive a call, I called 28 promise to call back to tell you what time it was to drive up. They do not call back, I call again, no one will think of the tube. I arrived at the specified address, not a single identification mark, even the neighbors do not know about the availability of dry cleaning at this address.

Today I received a carpet, ordered cleaning and to remove the smell (the kitten went a little in the corner))) the carpet is heavy with a long pile. I'm happy with the result, everything as promised, clean, odorless, pile not clogged. Picked up and delivered for free. Recommend.
