I have no complaints about the book club itself, good books, good prices. But the service in this particular store is simply awful, the cashier not only was not educated, but also managed to deceive me in discounts of 50 UAH. I also tried to cook additional books. Now I'm running a showdown on the refund hotline ...

A good selection of books, which is constantly updated, affordable prices. There is a system of discounts - a book club. Salespeople are friendly, professionals will always help and give advice.

Service - just disgusting rudeness !!! The service is disgusting, the staff is young, but it feels like I got to the Sovdep store! And it's in the bookstore! The seller Zakomirna Alina was especially distinguished, in my opinion, this person is simply not quite right with the psyche, I'm not talking about the normal attitude towards the client ...
