I handed over a down jacket here for cleaning. As a result, I rate the service 3 stars: 1) the jacket was cleaned well: no damage, the filler was not lost, the stains were cleaned. This is a plus. 2) terms: it was agreed that the jacket would be ready on 01/21/2021. And the text message came on 01.19, so they did it even earlier. Also a plus 3) what did not like about the service: - the feeling that they wanted to impose a service at a higher price. When I asked what the cost of cleaning was, they told me the amount of 670 UAH for individual cleaning, without really explaining why I needed just such cleaning (there were 4-5 light stains on the down jacket). And they didn't even say that there is a cleaning for 450 UAH. It's good that I myself looked at the prices on the site in advance and asked about a different cost, so hardly anyone would have told me about another option. - when I arrived to pick up the down jacket, it turned out that you cannot pay with a card, and you can only cash. Nobody informed me about this, and there was no cash with me. When I brought the money (UAH 500), it turned out that there was no change! I was offered to charge the change as a deposit to my personal account, but it didn't work for me. I had to go and change money. The company has a mobile application, but honestly, the design is from the 2010s, not convenient. Conclusion: in general, the service was indicated to me normally, the item was not damaged. But there are minor flaws.
