A grade of grade. I reissued a motorcycle, on some payment cards the amount of UAH 180 with kopecks, in fact the real amount is 222 UAH. This is once a minus. The second minus is that I asked the expert who checked my motorcycle, pliers to remove the number. As a result, our "police" sent me far away .... Instead of help, additional extortions, no respect. But these guys are paid from my taxes. It is very far from the level of the EU countries. I do NOT recommend it. Lost a lot of time looking for a tool + nerves.

I asked about replacing a driver's license from an old model but a new one. Everything went quickly and clearly, without unnecessary fuss and headaches. The staff is young, attentive, answer questions without irritation. From the "reception" they helped with the choice of the purpose of the payment so as not to get confused, after receiving the receipt, they were taken to take a picture and sign. In general, everything is more than adequate.
