After my failed attempt at Avis car with a confirmed reservation. I was lucky that these guys were able to get me one car for my trip. Even after I need to extend they were quite courteous and reasonable in pricing. When I arrived the guy even came to help me back with he luggage back through the airport. I even lost the receipt for the rental and had to email them about it they were fast in reprinting me the receipt.

After renting a car, buying auto insurance and putting a deposit down on the car I was involved in a single car accident. I was able to drive the car about 500 kilometers afterwards without any problems. I did what I could possibly do to negotiate with the insurance company but they said I didn't follow specific protocol (I couldn't do anymore than what I had done because of a nonfunctioning telephone). When I took the car back to the airport to drop it off, photos were taken of the damage done and the estimate to repair it, they told me would be about $2,000 and they would attempt to have the insurance company pay part of it. I flew home and found out that my credit card was charged over $6,000. I tried to contact them to try and negotiate a settlement but they would not listen. Make sure you pay cash and don't give them your credit card number, they will take advantage of the situation. I learned the hard way.

Rented twice and no issues both times, but it would be better if they offered extended business hours.

It was our first time rent a car in Kiev with your company. It was a very pleasant experience. Easy booking online. In the customer service area was very helpful. The pick up and drop off at the Borispol airport went very smooth. No problems or issues. Would definitely book again.
