So I figure "a girl" is foul language nowadays... She also used other intimidating techniques to establish her superiority, not to resolve the issue. The issue itself goes as follows: Our healthy child was kicked out by the girls (supervisors) claiming that he is sick (in fact that was running nose with clear discharge due to allergic reactions). Now Nina asks for a medical exam record confirming the kid was sick in order to be eligible for a makeup session. What kind of doctor will write the kid is sick when the kid is OK, I wonder? Plus she was over there when the kid was kicked out and so the responsibility for the missed session is on the establishment, not on us. And along the way they tell us that it is us who are rude and disrespectful -- judge yourself :). This is not the first time when I am deeply intimidated at this place for no good reason. Simply you are a cash cow over there and nothing else matters. You have to pay and be creatively intimidated afterwards (with the help of the rules, of course) so that you have no doubt that you are all wrong. And if you are super lucky they will make an exception just for you. Only to forget about it next week or even to take their words back. Big regrets I don't have a recording of the conversation where presumably I use "foul language", no need to say none of that ever happened. So decide for yourself. If the kid likes it there I'd say you can live with the insults, intimidation and the price that is 2X due to missed sessions that are never made up. Good luck! Вот контекст: Нашего _здорового_ ребенка девушки выгнали с занятия на основании того, что он якобы больной (аллергический прозрачный насморк). Теперь Нина хочет справку от врача, что был больной, для допуска на отработку. Какой врач даст справку о болезни здоровому??? И выгнали при ней, ответсвенность за пропуск при этом на них, а не на нас. Еще по ходу оказывается, что это мы базарные и невоспитанные, судите сами :). А вообще это уже не первый раз -- Вы там дойная корова (это нормативная лексика из экономики, если кто не в курсе), которая должна заплатить, а дальше Вам будут объяснять на полуповышенных тонах, что Вы во всем не правы. И, если повезет, делать _огромное_ одолжение, загодя потратив 30 мин напоминая, что это большое одолжение. А потом еще или забудут про одолжение или вообще заберут свои слова обратно. Очень жалею, что не записали на диктофон обещание 2-х отработок (ранее, при оплате) и всю беседу, где у меня якобы "ненормативная" лексика и их другие подобные наезды. Все слова были только профессиональные и даже "корову" не вспоминала. Так что, решайте сами. Если ребенку там хорошо, можно и потерпеть и отношение к клиенту и цену умноженную на 2 если учитывать количество вынужденных пропусков, за которые деньги никто не вернет. We take our granddaughter from the suburbs, there is a large selection of private gardens, but only here she goes with pleasure. In other kindergartens, sometimes the "aunt screams", then the children offend, and the teacher is not around all the time. And here there has never been any incident. The staff treats children with love. It is felt in everything. Thanks to the garden!

My daughter went to this development center for 2 years. It was a positive experience for her - she made new friends and looked forward to classes. As parents, we are satisfied with the attitude of educators, built processes and attention to all sorts of little things. Also, the preparation of children at a fairly good level (now we are studying at school and see that our child in many respects is much stronger than classmates).

There is no individual approach to the child. Teacher Natasha is not able to cope with unusual situations and brought my child to hysteria and fright. But she can repeat in a hysterical voice that she is an experienced psychologist (a psychologist who finds it difficult even to pull herself together). We attended various developmental classes and I have not yet seen my child say that she is afraid to attend classes because of her attendant, she always likes the teachers. The childhood planet is a network, I looked at the ratings and comments of the center on Lomonosov, they are all enthusiastic, but something went wrong on Sevastopol, there are negative reviews and ratings ...

We are delighted with this kindergarten! Great staff, half a year no turnover, all the teachers in place. My husband and I are surprised at how much our child has learned in six months of this kindergarten. A huge plus is video surveillance. It is very convenient. We started walking for half a day, looked closely. Now we walk a full day. The child runs with pleasure, urges everyone in the morning and asks at the weekend: when is it already in the kindergarten? Before that, my daughter went to another private kindergarten for a year, it was difficult, she didn’t like everything, she was sick once a month, she lost everything - the organization suffered there in all areas. There, staff changed every month and a half. We did not have time to get used to the new, then again stress and the child with tears asks: where is that aunt? So we definitely have something to compare! Believe me, this is not a bought review. I want our kindergarten "Planet of Childhood" to bloom! Thanks a lot to all the staff!
