So, I booked a table in advance, they came in a couple of hours to see exactly where. I liked everything at once, beautiful interior, everything is clean and it is clear that everything is new. We left and after a couple of hours came, when we entered at that moment there was no one at the entrance, as there was a stream of Guests. We knew where our table was and went straight to the terrace. We took the menus ourselves because we didn't see the waiters. We waited about 10-15 minutes for our order to be accepted. We immediately place an order for hot and cold appetizers, and asked for a hot one to be brought in 10 minutes after they took it all out. Our waiter Eugene (the name indicated on the check, but in the course of the story it is not a fact that it was him) answered not at all politely that he would not be able to control it. And when we ordered rolls (Canada with salmon), we asked for cream cheese, to which we were told that the rolls have it. I will list our order: - hummus - Tsatsa - Caesar with chicken - Okroshka on kefir - Roll - Shrimp in tempera with spicy sauce (not spicy at all), okay. They brought all this to us at different times, well, okay, when they brought the rolls, they brought us one gravy boat, and one stick, without soy sauce. As for the roll, there was no cream cheese in it. When asked how it happened, they told us that yes, they mixed it up. There is no cream cheese in the roll We asked for training sticks and ordered a beer. We waited another 10 minutes for the sauce. They didn't bring beer for about 20 minutes, we asked Eugene about the beer, to which he replied that he forgot to punch it, and did it in our presence. Oh yes, here is our Caesar. The salad was brought to us last, it is 50 minutes after our order. I will not say that we were begging for two plates, because our order was on a common table, because only the third time they were brought to us by another waiter. At that moment, we heard the next table complaining that it was waiting for a long square, and Eugene answered them that the meat had cooled down, because he did not have time to take it out and the meat was being cooked again, the guy asked to call the administrator. At that moment, we also realized that we are also waiting for a meeting with the administrator. At that moment I ordered more tea, they brought me a chalka, then tea. Spoon forgotten, sugar too. They brought meat and funchose. They brought us salt and pepper too. And at the beginning of the meal, we ran out of napkins, since there was only one in the dispenser - they were also carried to us for a long time. The administrator came to us, we told him everything, they told us that this was a call-out waiter and he would no longer be called. And the administrator asked what he could offer us, but I want to remind you for what purpose we came to you. And now the question is, do you think I want to celebrate my holiday with you? Honestly, you have a good location, a beautiful interior, your entrance with an exit to the sea, this is generally 👍 you have delicious cuisine and this is a delight. Why should the owners of the establishment have to invest crazy money in the establishment, and the terrible service just spoils the whole experience. I can hardly tell you positively, and this is very sad. I hope that you will somehow react. Our check was 1436 for two.

The interior is pleasant, comfortable furniture, clean, service, BUT waiters should not forget about the situation in the world (covid), I understand that wearing a mask all day pulled over the nose is terrible. But when you sneeze, do not forget that you have a mask under your nose.
