A very nice place. For many years in Odessa and this beach is always very clean. There is where to rest. Tables by the sea, coffees, there is everything. There is even a dining room. Very decent for a couple of hundred you can eat. When you leave, you can wash under fresh water. Civilized beach.

Upper viewing deck is a joke. Lower one is far down. You can go if you are near. This can be seen from the distance of the coast of Odessa and from the opposite side - a steep cliff of the distant coast. The views are highly restricted by trees and construction sites. There is no platform as such: it is the upper platform of the stairs to the beach. The entrance is prohibited, but the cars of some ISIS park at the houses: you will not park.
