I want to write a review about the Oasis school, which works on the Montessori system. The system itself in the right hands is a wonderful thing, but when people have taken some courses and decided that they have become Montessori teachers, that's another story !! My children studied at this school for a year, first the middle son Oleg came to the first grade, and then the director of this institution, Mrs. Kurbatova, offered to transfer the eldest child Ivan, who was studying at another school at that time. I asked Ms. Kurbatova several times if she was really ready to take my eldest son, who is a hyperactive child, with certain behavior problems. I was assured that they are mega specialists and are ready to work with such children !!! Promised a discount, many clubs that will be in the institution and nowhere else the child does not need to carry. At that time, two teachers, Ms. Lena and Ms. Olya, worked at the institution. I want to emphasize that Ms. Kurbatova is constantly in a position, she almost did not work with children. The first 3 months were all good, there were some questions about the behavior of the older child but in general all the rules, there was feedback from Ms. Lena and Ms. Oli. Separately, I want to thank Mr. Andrew for the delicious food, my Oleg is very difficult to please well, everything was at the highest level! It is a pity that not for long, as Mr. Andrew stopped working in the Oasis. Closer to the new year, the number of clubs decreased, leaving only a couple. And there was a radical change of teachers, teachers are wonderful people, but as long as there is more than one child with special needs in the institution, it was easy to graduate. Then there was a quarantine in which I saw when I realized that my child of the 1st grade even forgot the letters and numbers…. It turned out that he did not always want to study and he was allowed to walk) and never emphasized that the child has dysgraphia and dyslexia . And you need to work with him differently. I work constantly, I was assured that the process is going on, I have no homework !! And after the quarantine there was no training as such, the camp began. In June, Vanya went to another camp for two weeks, we paid for the whole month, and we were allowed two weeks to arrive in July. And when we arrived in July, Ms. Kurbatova said that I'm sorry, I forgive all debts !!! Of course, I am guilty that I left the children in this institution for so long, I thought they were not as comfortable as regular schools…. In fact, children were often scolded, ordered to leave the classroom, without really explaining why this is not possible. Well, no knowledge, children were not motivated to classes… does not want to sit quietly…. Of course, if the child is focused on learning, calm quiet…. Well, she will probably study well in a regular school. Then Mrs. Kurbatova asked me to pick up Vanya from school, because they can't work with him because he spat on a child with special needs. Well, before that there were questions in behavior. Dear lady could not even say it, she wrote me a viber screen attached. I asked the lady if the ladies would return the payment for June for half a month and the contribution she had made for Vanya and Oleg. The amount of 10 thousand UAH. Ms. Oleg was highly recommended to leave in them, and then sit under the table and walk, why not !!!! I said I was taking both children and I wanted my contributions and payment for the camp! The ladies promised to pay, but it is not known when, as half of the children left the institution! From this time 2 months have passed neither funds nor any explanations when they will be I have not received. I turned to a lawyer who studied the contract with this institution, the contract by the way pages for 10t water, and it turned out that in this institution only circles. Went to the Oasis last year as an extended day group, from 14.00 to 18.30. In the afternoon there were different groups for children: English, Polish, Spanish, sewing, acting, hip-hop, fencing, drawing, mountaineering, music. Maybe she didn't mention something, because the circles changed depending on the wishes of children and parents. For parents who are at work until 18.00, it is very convenient, because there are so many clubs in one place, and the price is affordable. After the Oasis, my child started washing dishes and helping with cooking, did a lot of work and made friends with children of all ages. Quarantine caused everyone a certain shock, the Oasis was forced to close. But after a while, teachers organized training through zoom, came up with flash mobs and entertainment for their students, held workshops. I can't write or say anything bad about Oasis. I am grateful for everything that the Oasis team has done and continues to do.

In the past year, we have been to the clubs and after-school courses in Oasis several times. They have a strange system, children of all ages in one place, each child is busy with himself, it seems that this is not a school but a continuation of a kindergarten. The child went a couple of times and didn't want to. In the summer she offered to go to the camp, but said it was not interesting to go there, although he goes to other camps with pleasure. And if you look at the latest events, it’s interesting how this school works in general ... director Anna Kurbatova is registered as a private entrepreneur and conducts such activities 85.51 sports education and education for entertainment purposes (this information is publicly available). I wonder at what physical education circles from 9 am to 5 pm they teach reading and writing ... Who needs to draw a conclusion about such a school ...

I like this place because my son happily runs to school every morning. Very positive and relaxed atmosphere at school and between teachers and parents. Thank you for your work!
