One of the hair stylists was THE rudest person I have ever seen. She literally pointed out a customer that had not left her a tip. It was obvious why he hadn’t left one.... she was quite rude and unprofessional the entire time. She continued to had mouth that customer to her next customer. She was at the station next to where I was getting a haircut. She was so bossy to the stylist who was cutting my hair that I asked if she was the manager. One woman literally walked out because of this employees attitude. I can honestly say that if it had been confirmed that she was the manager or if she happens to be the only stylist in town I would never get my hair cut.
Stylist Janie is by far the best, she listens and follows through and was super quick. Wasn't fond of the lobby being closed or having to wait in the car on a 95 degree day, but once in her chair, it was a great experience!
Very careful to follow guidelines!!! Great Clips is a great place to get a haircut that looks good!! Just check in online...they will call you and come get you when it's your time. It's easy and efficient.
Couldn't even open the door to the dark empty shop and someone was screaming about face diapers get out from the back as I was putting mine on. Still not sure what her problem was and never will. Didn't take long to find a place where customers aren't screamed at opening the door.
Great haircut even after I did a COVID cut a few weeks earlier. Barber was very nice and respectful
