I was going to use this place actually made an appointment for myself and my sister got there on time and there were 4 people in there 2 we’re waiting but there are only 2 people working there, so why would you take an appointment and then act surprised when we show up on time!! Waited 30 minutes we walked out and went to happy nails where not only did they take our temperature they told us to wash our hands before picking a color and they wiped down everything before and after people were done!! Nothing like that at La nails I wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star review!! Absolutely Horrible!!
Jimmy and Kim who ran LaNails several months ago did a great job. They are no longer there. I tried the new owners. Was not happy with the way they did my pedicure. Very dissatisfied. I will go somewhere else.
Best place in mountain home to get nails or toes done!!! take their time and give you exactly what you want!
I wanted to post a picture of the wound on my foot, but I can’t see how to do that. The wound is 10 days old and was inflicted by the grater he used to rasp away callous. While he was stopping the bleeding He told me that it was my fault this happened.nnI was so disappointed this second time because the first time I visited this salon he was so nice, efficient, and did such a good job.
This is a terrble place to go, UN sanitary rude, people here.. happy I arrived at 230 pm and they said they were booked until 5pm , when I asked if they could paint my 3 year old grand daughters fingers and toes for her birthday.. AND NO ONE WAS IN THE SALON..... RUDE ud83dude21
