I use Ashley to cut and style my hair. She is very pleasant, takes great care when I go, an excellent choice if you’re looking for a good beautician
Do not go to ”Harrieta” if you are under 40. She does not know how to cut hair!!! And charged $25 for a was and cutting my 14 year old sisters hair wrong!! I stopped the cut and left after noticing the things she was doing wrong!!
Harrietta is the beautician that does my hair. She's very personable and I like the way she does my hair.
The worst haircut ever. I had to find a new place to do my hair since my previous hairdresser had retired. She had recommended root salon but I thought I would check out this place. The girl that cut my hair was very friendly but when I got home and saw what she had done I was astounded. One side was short the other side was long and there were strings of very long hair in places I decided to go in and speak to the owner about it because I thought they should know. I did not expect a refund or anything. The gentleman at reception said that the owner was busy and for me to wait until she was finished. I said I just needed a minute for her to see my hair so she could see how bad it was. He said that I would need to wait until she was finished and I was not willing to wait. I do not think that their customer service was very good as a result.
