Massage Envy

They seem to be down to one, maybe two therapists who do deep/firm pressure massages, and only at times during the middle of the work day.nnI've seen some great people there whose styles worked for me, but they've either left or reduced their hours. A light massage is just tickling me, so I leave more tense than I came in.nnIt just seems like a weird deficit in staffing.

Customer service is awful during the pandemic. Can't talk to anyone, can't book an appointment, but they will definitely take your $60 monthly membership.....but of course can't contact anyone to cancel that membership.

Had good massages and not-so-good massages
