I stayed here for an year and I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment in Columbia city, IN. The management is also great and Nikki is a fantastic person to talk to in case of any queries.

Terrible experience here. Walls, floors, and ceilings are paper thin so I can hear my neighbors full conversations and TV's. Management is unresponsive and tried multiple times to slip in changes to the lease. Overpriced for the area and what you get. I recommend finding elsewhere to live.

No internet guys! How to live without internet? It's been a month. Some guys are living here without internet since 3 months! Management is not able to provide internet.
