We just had Brian and Matt come to our house. They were very professional and courteous. They only charged us about 13% of what our other estimates had been for the same job. They don't take advantage of people who don't know about septic systems. We are SO glad we hired Godlove to come work with us on our septic tank!!

Highly recommended- first of all, I didn't want to sit at home all day and wait for service to arrive. I asked them to call before they got to the house, and they did! We pulled up at the same time. Todd and Jeremy were professional and answered all of my questions. They gave a reasonable quote before work began and promised to update me if there were any changes. Todd worked on one problem area while Jeremy addressed the other. Within 45 minutes, they were finished and cleaned up. Todd even plugged a drain for us to avoid odor while the interior plumbing awaits repair. I truly wish I would have called them sooner. I definitely will get in touch with them next time I have any concerns.

Prompt and Professional!nnOur sewer line from the house to the street got stopped up. Roots in the line or who knows what. From when I called Godlove Roto-Rooter, they were there in less than 2 hours, and called me 20 minutes before arriving.nnThey got right to work and soon had the blockage cleared, and we are a happy family once again -- we now have working sinks, showers, and most importantly, toilets! The price was very reasonable as well. I recommend them highly if you are within the radius they work. I won't be calling anyone else for sewers or septic systems for our business buildings, rentals, or home.

Our main sewer line gets clogged up about once every year due to tree roots. Last year we got totally ripped off by Anderson Plumbing (customers gotta pay for them big trucks and Hooters wings) so we did some more calling around. This time we contacted Godlove via the Roto-Rooter service locator and there customer service was amazing! Two men promptly showed up in a van, both the van and the workers were very clean and presentable. They rang the bell, asked a few simple questions and got straight to work. The whole process took less than an hour. Total cost $160 which I thought was fair considering they had to grid through tree roots. Also it was right in line with there over the phone estimate and they gave us a 30 day warranty. Thanks again Godlove
