Very clean and seemed to be taking good COVID precautions. I went for electrolysis for the first time and Deanne was really nice and explained the process well and what to expect before we started. We did a 15 minute appointment for $29 and it was super straightforward. The only reason I would give 3 stars is that her hours are very limited and not what is listed online, she only works Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings. I was bummed to find out it wouldn't work with my schedule but it happens and I said I would keep her in mind for next time and try to come back if I was able to in the future. The problem was she proceeded to push really hard telling me I should change my schedule around multiple times and telling me I would regret going to her competitor as they charge more. It just left a bad impression at the end of a good experience.
I have been doing facials, waxing and electrolysis for 12 years and have worked at major spas and as a medical esthetician. I have dermatologist products with botanical ingredients. Go for the glow with Deanne Marie.
Affordable and precise. Deanne is so sweet and wonderful to work with. Good results too!
