Great Clips

The first day open after the virus shutdown the entire Great Clips check in site is down across the area. So I understand that things are going to be a little messed up. But they took my name on a clip board, and said it would be two and a half hours. When I come back after two and a half hours, the girl with the clip board recognized me, and said it would still be awhile and I would have to wait in my car. Whereupon I asked them to call me on my number to let me know how much longer it would be. Meanwhile a guy walks up who had obviously just checked in on line and got an indication of a 70 minute wait. They sent him to his car too. Within minutes they called him and his son in, and left me out in the lot with no call. Finally, after 20 minutes I left. An hour later (almost 4 hours after I checked in), they called me to tell me they were ready for me. Needless to say I told them to forget it. I was 12 miles away and not going out again. I have been going there for years, but never again. I understand things are difficult right now, but they should have marked down our check in times on their damn clip board and moved us in ahead of the people who checked in late on line. I took the day off work today to get my hair cut, and because of their incompetence it won't happen. I'll use up the rest of my prepurchased haircuts in Decatur, and then find myself a competent barber.

Loved my haircut & appreciate the fact that they adhere to strict guidelines in order to keep us safe! I can't beleive the number of people who read sign on door yet still went in without a mask & got sent straight back out & were angry about it! It only makes them look stupid!

I have been coming to this location since it was opened. However my first recording after opening up and this is my experience. Was rude to my child, didn’t have accurate account information and took 30 minutes longer than promised. Can’t yell at a three year old and expect them to listen. Very unprofessional will not be coming back to this establishment. You earned your review

I wish I could upload a picture of my hair, but I don’t see the option to do that. Anyhow, today was my first time and I had the PRIVILEGE of Cathy cutting my hair. Let me tell you, she did not disappoint. She gave me exactly what I asked for, a texturized bob. With all the details nailed perfectly. She took her time and showed me everything she was doing and asked my opinion as she cut. Not to mention, she was a sweetie pie! I’ll be back.
