Santa Fe Excellent Massage

Had an amazing massage here by Steven. My back had been really hurting from being in the car a bunch - and he went above and beyond to help me out. This place is a no frills spot - which is my favorite type of massage place - that does amazing work. Definitely come here if you want a good quality massage for a great price with people that know what they’re doing. Thanks Steven!

My boyfriend and I came here for a couples massage. We were greeted by a friendly woman and an older man who took us to an extremely sunny back room. When they started the massage we were asked what level of firmness we preferred, but never any questions about troubled areas/injuries. About 10 minutes into the massage, the man who was massaging my bf left the room to talk to another employee at the front desk. When he came back in, his cellphone started ringing. At some point, another employee walked into the room and they were all discussing something or another. Over the course of 5-10 minutes, the door to our room was left open and employees kept walking in and out (my bf wasn’t bothered by any of this, but I was laying completely naked and uncovered and it made me feel really uncomfortable). Eventually, and without any explanation, another woman took over for the man massaging my bf. As time went on, I finally started to feel relaxed. And then my ladies cellphone started ringing loudly. She never bothered to reach over and silence it or turn it off. At one point I thought that maybe it was my phone that I had accidentally left on, but I poked my head up and it was her iPad ringing. And then it happened again later on! I couldn’t believe it. The massage itself was pretty good. She knew what she was doing and worked out a lot of knots that I didn’t even realize I had. Because of this, I wasn’t even going to write a review, I was just gonna let everything go. But when we went to pay afterwards we were surprised to find out that they ONLY TAKE CASH! No where on their website or in their store does it mention this. NO WHERE. And no one bothered to tell us!!! That is really important information to communicate to your customers. People don’t usually carry a couple hundred dollars of cash in their pockets, especially during these COVID days. So, we had to walk 3 blocks to the Wells Fargo and walk back to pay them. During our walk to the bank, I decided to take another look at their website on google and it even says ACCEPTS CREDIT CARDS!! So all in all, the massage was good, the ambiance was awful, not relaxing at all. If you just need a quick sports recovery massage at a decent price, then this place is fine. But if you are looking for any kind of relaxation, then this is not for you.

Booked a last minute massage here and so glad I did. Had 3 people so 3 masseuse and they were all amazing.

Li and Andrea are so wonderful, personable and STRONG! I went in there tense and tight and I came out sore but released. I feel like I can fly and my posture is already so much better. Definitely would go back, highly recommend!
