Great Clips

Have been using this place for my haircuts for 10 years. I register on-line and have never had more than a 10 min wait after I arrive. Only reason I don't give this Great Clips 5 stars is because of constant personnel turnover. They give me consistent haircut but once in a while they try & re-style me.

When I went inside asking about how to schedule the lady at the front completely disregarded me, told me in was online, and then walked away right after. The whole time she never looked up from what she was doing. Then to further show how little she valued a customer, she said from the back of the room (still without meeting my eyes once) that they close at seven. Implying that is should hurry up considering it was 5:05. Overall, the words were not the issue but it was in fact he tone and body language that made me wanna instantly cancel my appointment and spend all this time writing this review.

I got a simple haircut; an undercut with a 1 on the sides and back with 2 inches off the top. The quality of the cut was less than than acceptable. The hairdresser was more concerned with speed than quality. The missed sections of my hair and the non-clean lines can attest to that.

I regularly go there. They are overall friendly and proficient. But I encountered some unfriendly and naive people as well. So your experience will largely depend on who's treating you.

Place was clean, which is good, at least. You get what you pay for here. I have what I would think would be a pretty easy hair cut. Evidently that is not the case as it is uneven and choppy now that I have had a chance to look at it. Being the cheapest does not outweigh the poor quality of the product, so, spend a little more and go somewhere else.
