Water Heater Express

My daughter's water heater broke early on a Saturday morning. I recommended immediately Water Heater Express, they installed our water heater 2 years ago and we were completely happy with the service and professionalism of the gentleman that installed it. Within 3 hours of calling Water Heater Express, my daughter had a new water heater installed and working perfectly.

On time, efficient, absolutely zero complaints. He needed to cut back some of the existing copper added Shark Bite couplers and flex hose. Took old heater, all the packaging, etc.. with him. Great service all around.

I was thoroughly impressed with my experience working with Jeremy of Water Heater Express. I called him on a Saturday morning with issues on my water heater. He spent 30 minutes on the phone with me collecting information and explaining in detail what the cause of the issues may be. He came to our house on a Sunday afternoon within an hour of my request. He reviewed the water heater for free and explained my options in detail. He was very professional, gave me a good/fair price for the work done and explained everything he was doing along with giving me advice for how to save money in the future. I will be calling him for any future work I need.

Our new home had a very old water heater that started spraying out water on a Saturday morning, also on a holiday. I reached out to a couple places for quotes. Jeremy got back to me, we talked through what my house needed, and what I wanted for my house. He didn't pressure me into a unit I couldn't afford. Very professional, and went over the old unit and new unit with me. I talked to him over the phone at around 8am and had a new unit by 1pm. Absolutely recommend him.
