Really pleased with my experience! Mike was friendly, professional, and did great work. He kept us updated throughout the project and clearly explained what he did when he was finished. Brenneco will be my first call for future plumbing needs.
We were having trouble with out hot water heater. Another company was encouraging us to replace it with a tankless hot water heater, but the guy from Brenneco explained to us why that wouldn't be a good fit for our current plumbing. He seemed much more knowledgeable than the guys from the other company. We saved thousands of dollars by going with a standard 50 gallon hot water heater instead, and are very happy with the hot water heater Brenneco installed.
We LOVE Brenneco! We have used them for 2 remodels and all our fixes.nnOur first remodel was very involved but Brenneco helped us by pointing out what we could do to help and what they recommend they do. This saved us over $700 dollars.nnFor regular fixes, they are fast, reliable, and we've never had get the work redone.

We were very happy with the water heater and softeners. I appreciate the great work and the extra efforts to clear the access to the main water shutoff valve, especially in the hot sun. Mike was very polite and professional.
