Excellent experience with Schomer’s! I have used their plumbing services several times at my house in Lafayette over the years and most recently at my mom’s house. They have amazing employees who are honest and get the job done. They have been quick to respond and the pricing is fair. I totally recommend Schomer’s!
Kyle, from Schomers Plumbing helped me with leak today. Kyle provided fast, friendly customer service. He made light work of the plumbing job and gave me some tips on how I can handle similar issues in the future. I highly recommend Kyle and Schomers Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs.
Have used Schomers for 15 years. Recent decline in quality and customer service has left me looking for a new service provider. My three star rating is mostly for their past work. If I were to rate my recent experience I would give one star.
I haven't been here, but Google won't let me dismiss this place from my history and keeps asking for a review. So, I don't know if it's a fantastic place or not hence the three star rating. You may want to consider this place based on other reviews, but I simply don't know.
I have had Schomers do my plumbing, heating and cooling repair for nearly 20 years. I have found the work to be done properly and at a reasonable price. The service workers have always conducted themselves in a very professional manner. The receptionists have always been friendly and helpful. Once I had an issue with how water was being directed out of my basement from a newly installed sink and they sent a more experienced plumber who identified a different way of directing the flow. I don't believe they charged me more, or if so it was a nominal amount. I always appreciate how the technicians explain what they have done and educate me what I will need to do in the future. I recommend this company to everyone. I'm shocked to see these negative reviews. I'm a difficult person to please and I give this company very high scores. Keep up the great work!
