Called Peterman for a check up on our furnace that was making a booming sound. They had a tech come out next day per preference. The diagnosis of our furnace was unfortunate, multiple holes in our heat exchange. We needed a replacement fast and on a budget. The tech had set us up for a sales rep to come out same day. We got approved that day for a new furnace with central air. The very next day they were at our house early due to cold weather to get everything set up. The tech(Richard) the sales rep(Patrick) and Andrew who installed our new system, were all polite and professional. They all explained everything to the best of their knowledge and they worked quickly to get heat back in our home. I will most definitely stick with this company for any future needs! Highly recommend to any and all who want good quality work done in their home!
Absolutely fantastic. Josh came to our home and asked questions to understand our needs. He was quick, helpful, and full of information. He was so kind he even helped my husband reinstall the toilet we took out earlier that day. Definitely above and beyond our expectations.
I had my sewer line cleaned out. I called Peterman around 9:30 am and they came out around 8:00 pm. This was due to large call volume; However the plumber that showed up was professional and knowledgeable. He did a good job and the price was good. I do recommend using them but make an appointment and not for a emergent fix.
Josh completed a plumbing “repair” for us, which I am now embarrassed to have called for it was so simple. Even so, he was very professional and understanding. Josh went to a lot of extra effort to answer our questions about our well, and understanding the water quality. Josh also demonstrated how to change the filters for the well system.nWe have had a furnace/AC system, water softener and water heater installed by Peterman Heating Cooling and Plumbing and Josh has been to our home at least twice to make a repair or assist with an install. All were quality jobs. Would highly recommend Peterman to anyone looking for heating cooling or plumbing services.
Nick Gibson came out today to inspect my 20+ yr old furnace. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with his service and will be requesting him to come to our house in the future. Thank you Nick!
