Brian is a master. He was knowledgeable and detail-oriented, very professional. We had two other companies come out who said that they would have to saw through granite and replace our entire kitchen sink plus piping.... This was a last resort and Snuffy's handled it like bosses - saved me a tremendous amount of money. This guy Brian was hustling, you can really tell when someone is trying their best to help you out. Will never call anyone else.
They were immediately able to take care of a complex water heater issue that no one else was able to. They saved us $7,000 and were able to get the job done within 24 hours of us reaching out. By far and away the best experience we have ever had and we will be using them for all of our future plumbing needs!
Called in Snuffy's for a water softener and RO install. Their prices were reasonable. Their work was done in a timely fashion and they communicated with me every step of the way. I highly recommend Snuffy's and will hire them for all of my plumbing work. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!
We had put off a plumbing repair b/c other plumbers from big companies had told us how expensive and intrusive it would be. Snuffy's was prompt, honest, and reasonable and replaced our drain pipe at minimal cost. Dustin was friendly and answer my questions about other issues we were having after he'd finished the job.
We needed a variety of plumbing work completed and they were punctual, precise, knowledgeable, and very fair. The plumber got his job done asap. Then we realized the hot water for the shower wasn't getting hot and called them back a week later. Rather than sending a plumber out, the owner just told us it was most likely an anti-scald feature and told us how to access and modify it. This is an extra bill we avoided, which was needed especially during this pandemic. We felt they were very honest and weren't just all about making money. We will definitely be using them for all our plumbing needs forthgoing.
