Five Guys

This restaurant has usually been very good in my past experiences here. But today my boyfriend was given an incorrect order that contained peanuts when he is allergic! He did NOT order a shake with peanuts, he was given the wrong flavor. He did not have a sip until he was far away from the restaurant, so he did not notice until it was too late. He checked the receipt if he ordered the wrong one but no, it was not his fault. He spent the night in pain having an allergic reaction. I'm just glad that he did not have too much of it and did not have to go to the hospital. Once again I usually have good experiences here but I wish this hadn't happened and that the employees learn how terrible a messed up order can be.

I Never ordered. The reason for this is that when I tried to order for delivery, (high risk for Covid, I don't leave my house) it was going to charge me an $8.00 delivery fee!! Unbelievable. The burgers are very good, but not THAT good! It was going to be approximately $18 for a double cheeseburger. That's it, no fries, nothing... Ridiculous

I like 5 guys. Food is always good. Restaurant could've been a little cleaner. Bathroom was out of paper towels. Staff was okay

I've been here many, many times, and they've never messed up my order. The service is excellent and quick, and the food tastes just like it should.
