Best Mac & Cheese ever!

Terrible customer service that allows people to use others' points for free food and steals our points in another state. I live in Idaho but they're using my wife's points on our account to give people free food even though we are not anywhere near this store. We just get to watch our points go away. They tried to just tell me that my password needs changed even though we have done that twice and tried to cancel our account while they continue to use our account for other people's free food instead of us being able to use our own rewards.

This place is wonderful! I had the best service here, and everyone is so friendly! They are all about making sure everyone has a good experience, and they care so much about their customers! Definitely coming here more often!

This Experience deserved this rating for the following reasons. The noodles were undercooked, very noticeably and they were crunchy, we sent the food back and they didn’t apologize for there mistake. When they returned it, it was almost worse than before, still crunchy and undercooked.nnThey didn’t have most of the options of drinks, including even tea which they could of had in the back, but didn’t.nnIn past times the food has been much better, so I recommend going but if you get a bad plate twice ask for money back and go to another restaurant.

If i could give 0 or negative stars i wouldni placed a order online for the lafayette store paid online however the lafayette store was out of chicken so they called west lafayette and we drove over after being told they would prepare our orde when we arrived the gm Miguel argued with us saying we needed to go back to lafayette store ask for a refund and then come back and order he eventually called lafayette and agreed to prepare our order but as soon as he hung up the phone kept reminding is that we would need to pay even tho we had already paid online and had our confirmation and the store could see our order he ended up asking us to leave his store and locked the door behind us we are appalled
